“Towards Collaborative Practice” TCP Forum: A cross-sectorial event exploring the potential of Youth Work and Erasmus+ to foster employability and social entrepreneurship among young people
The 8th edition of the TCP Forum is an opportunity to discuss future pathways on how intercultural backgrounds can contribute to employability, a sense of initiative and entrepreneurship (entrepreneurship for inclusion and participation, migrants’ integration and multiculturalism).
The Forum is a melting pot of ideas, tools and good practices which participants, representing different sectors, have the opportunity to further explore through relevant keynote speeches, workshops and study visits. The Forum also foster future cooperation among participants for the implementation of innovative projects and initiatives under the Erasmus+ EU Programme.

General objectives of the TCP Forum:
- Provide an opportunity for networking and sharing ideas, tools, methods, challenges and good practices to foster employability and entrepreneurship, especially in marginalized communities.
- Showcase social entrepreneurship and non-formal learning as a way to encourage and enable young people to sustain their entrepreneurship competences.
- Encourage creativity, innovation, participation, solidarity, diversity and social inclusion of young people.
- Provide information on Erasmus+ and other opportunities to foster employability and entrepreneurship.

Specific objectives of this edition of the TCP Forum:

Promote Intercultural Dialogue: Encourage open and inclusive discussions on the importance of intercultural backgrounds to promote employability and entrepreneurship for inclusive societies.

Raise awareness of and promote how intercultural backgrounds can contribute to employability, a sense of initiative and entrepreneurship.

Encourage collaboration and partnership building between youth work and other sectors to foster employability, social entrepreneurship and interculturality.

Youth@Work Partnership
The event is organized under the Youth@Work Strategic Partnership on youth employability and entrepreneurship of Erasmus+ National Agencies. The TCP Forum is part of the Youth@Work Partnership, alongside other projects tackling youth employability and entrepreneurship, organized by the 14 member Erasmus+ National Agencies and SALTO-YOUTH Resource Centres. Profile of participants:
60 participants from Erasmus+ Programme countries, Eastern Partnership, Southern Mediterranean and Western Balkan countries, with the following professional backgrounds:
Employment, entrepreneurship and social innovation support services (chambers of commerce, incubators, accelerators, banks, social venture funders, etc.); formal education representatives (higher education, VET); cooperatives; foundations; local, regional and national government representatives; researchers; (social) entrepreneurs; youth workers; community workers; educators; trainers and young change-makers.
