Badge earner has become familiar with the role of a trainer and how to use the ETS competence model for self-assessment.
To get this badge, trainer:
- Completed self-assessment in at least one ETS competence area.
Activity content and badge issuing criteria aligned with the European Training Strategy (ETS) competence model for trainers to work internationally.
Learning duration: 1,5 hours
